Sasquatch Cookies is not liable for packages that are unable to be delivered. We ship through USPS and all orders are processed through their system. Once the package has been placed in the mail, any ensuing issues will need to be resolved with USPS as the package is now out of the jurisdiction of Sasquatch Cookies. While we will do our best to help resolve any issues, we will not issue a refund nor attempt to resend the cookies without payment for any additional incurred fees included the cost of the cookies and the shipping rate.
We are currently waiitng for our shipping boxes to arrive to us. Due to this, we are mailing our shipping orders in Flat Rate shipping boxes.
